You Can Help!
- Volunteer to be a team parent
- Sponser a team. Sponsorship is tax deductable, and includes a Sponser's Plaque after each season.
- Become a Board Member. Meetings are once a month. Serving on the Board gives you a chance to help all the children playing in our league - and helps ensure that the league will be strong into the future.
- Volunteer to be a coach or an assistant coach! We always need coaches willing to work with the children. We will train you --- No Experience Required !!
Field Striping
Field striping paint and striping equipment are located in the green utility boxes over by the U8 fields. Most all of our coaches can tell you the combination. Initial striping is done by using strings and tape measures. Restriping is done by following existing lines. It is important that lines do not fade out since restriping is so time consuming.
Instructions
- Wear old clothes. You may get paint on you!
- Get a striping machine and a couple cans of paint.
- Remove plastic top of paint can. Shake the can until you hear the metal ball inside the can break free. Continue shaking the can.
- Place the can with the nozzle (plastic tip) down into the base of the striper. The can snaps into the two tangs which hold the can into place.
- Line the arrow on the striper base up with the existing lines. Squeeze striper handle and recover the lines.
- Throw all empties into the trash and put striper back into the box when done.
